Outside the Kingman Police station is a street intersection with a stop sign set at a slightly out of kilter angle so it is very difficult to see. The cops wait outside to see who runs the stop sign so they can "nail" them if they so desire. Most cops do not like older women and it is a given that they will quickly ticket you if you are an older female. It is easy to see by the position of the stop sign–slightly odd angle and height–that it is a planned trap and easy money for the law boys loitering outside the station door.
