Near the entrance to Warriors Path State Park. In the city
Fall Creek Road & Hemlock Road join Warriors Park. Inside the City of Kingsport, Sullivan County Officers continue to run radar at the bottom of downhill grades near Park entrance & below Warriors Golf to catch speeders who coast down hills. The city & State have authority but Sullivan County are the ones who run the speed traps. They are extremely strict…..We need to raise the speed limit here also………
