Near the Hampton High School on 1st Street
As soon as the school lets out for the day, the cops sit at the church about a quarter mile from the school and bust the teenagers leaving school. The speed limit is 30 but the street is a mile long and no major side streets.

The fat lazy deputys of carter county hide near all the schools in the morning trying to write a ticket. The state troopers like to sit out of sight when leaving hampton going into valley forge. They only sit around during the time most people are going to work. They arent interested in writting tickets to the layabouts. The layabouts cant pay them anyway.
My opinion of speed traps and the clowns (not officers) that operate them are not very high.
If you want to slow traffic down, be on the road and visible. Not hideing like a thief in the night.
