Near the intersection of Layton Ave & Howell Ave
Near the intersection of Layton and Howell Ave during the evening hours you can be guaranteed to see a black & white squad car parked in the area. I get off work at the airport around 3AM and take Layton Ave to Loomis Rd, I usually see them parked in the KFC parking lot or on one of the side streets along Howell Ave.
