Neely Ferry Road near Interstate 185
County deputies in church parking lot pointing device and manually motioning vehicles to pull over. Returned to look for spped limit sign. Sign approx. 1 mile from trap and a tree limb was half covering the sign which is an older, small sign. Church is located around a curve, not visible until very close. Persons entering road from 185 would have no visible speed limit sign that I could locate.
