New Ballwin Road near Manchester Road
Right after the school zones there is a big hill and they sit up on the hill and shoot radar to see if you break the 30 mph limit. Sometimes they will sit behind or in front of parked cars to try to hide themselves.

Excuse me, but we're talking about a SCHOOL ZONE here! SHAME on those of you who said that yes this is a speed trap! How would you like it if one of YOUR children were hit and killed by a speeding motorist?
No one cares if its a school zone or not, sad to say. Case in point: look at Valley Park. They have it posted as a 25mph speed zone in the school zone yet everyone goes as fast as 65mph. The cops could make a fortune writing tickets in the school zone but they are no where to be found. If anyone wants to put the pedal to the metal, go to Valley Park's school zone. I guarantee you wont get a ticket!
