New PGBT service road near Target shopping center
There are no "real" speed limit signs posted on the completed service road yet, but police sit in Target parking lot enforcing the 30 MPH orange "advisory" speed signs using Laser guns — even though there are no workers on the road and it will eventually have a posted speed limit of 50-60 MPH.
