Niguel Street near US Highway Pacific Coast Highway
Motorcycle cop hides on westbound side of street (towards PCH) about a block before the St. Regis Resort, right after the palm tree-laden entrance to Ritz Drive. He parks on a cement trail out of sight. Beware!
