The local cops sit across from the Wal-Mart watching the barrier that keeps you from turning leFort It’s placement has no real value and many people ignore this. The cops have caught on to that. I got caught myself and the officer who ticketed me, told me they do that all the time. The fine is over 100$. And you get 2 points. It is watched constantly but usually at night.
