The one local police officer spends a significant portion of (what appears to be) every morning and evening parked in the cemetery and ticketing those people that do not slow down quickly enough as they enter town.

hmmmmm, the cemetery isn't near the speed change zone! It's outside city limits and in a 55 mph zone.
