Norris Canyon Road near Crow Canyon Road
As you head East toward San Ramon, the officer sits in the driveway surrounded by the white picket fence. The focus is traffic headed East bound because the West bound traffic is just coming out of the cork screw turn and isn’t up to speed.

When you get into the divided passing lane , you will speed up to pass the slower cars in the right lane. Speed limit is posted at 40 but to get past the slower cars you will be going 50-55 to get by them before the road narrows to a single lane again...
