North 35th street between East MI and the apartments
He (the GA police) sits in the darkness of the road going in to new plat on 35th ST. He is there every Friday night as I head home from work about midnight. In six months he has never failed to be either lurking waiting for the speeder or light runnners (there is a red light at the corner) or having a car stopped. You can not see where he is sitting from either direction until you are upon him. We’ve become buddies in the six months, knock on wood he hasn’t got me yet, but we’ve shared a wave now and then.
