Minneapolis Police like to sit at 7th St N and Olson Hwy, one officer will stand out with the radar gun and one will be on foot directing the car to pull over. I’ve observed many flatbed tow-trucks hauling cars away I’m guessing for no insurance, etc…This is happening as you come out of downtown going north on 7th st. going over a bridge just past 3rd Ave North, its easy to speed, when you get over the hill thats when they get you. Be careful!
