The emergency U-turn in the center of the 6-lane highway is located in a valley between two high hills. If you are speeding going north or south and come over the hill, they have you (if they are using radar). Airplane is used randomly, approximately once a month or two. Usually only for north-bound lanes, speed is checked after the I64-255 interchange, just before the two hills.
