Patrol car sits in the driveway of a private home on the left side of North Arnold Mill Rd. as you drive away from Arnold Mill. People crest a hill driving towards Arnold Mill which increases speed as they approach the driveway. Speed limit is 35MPH. They police sit there in the morning and evening catching people as they come and go to work.
