The old deserted parking lot for Venture that is right in front of Glendale Nissan. Theres some sort of apparatus at the signal light (the one before Main Street) that effectively blocks your view of the cop until its too late. Usually use a laser gun. The cop stands inside the parking lot well hidden, and the little rise in the road right before you hit that area doesnt help.
