Common sense should tell you that anywhere you have a busy street
running through a residential area, you should slow down.
As for being able to afford to live in Elmhurst - my first house in Elmhurst cost $36,000.
That was back when an average salary was $10,000 a year and mortgage rates were 9%.
Everything is realtive.
