North Lagoon Drive near Capt. Anderson’s to Signal Hill
North Lagoon Drive is long and straight but the speed limit is 35 mph. If you go ANY faster you will get caught from the State Troopers or Sheriff… I’ve even seen the Marine Police giving tickets. The road is approx 4 miles long and is patrolled from one end to the other.
