There is a triangular shaped lot that sits on the east side of Larel Street at the base of a long slope from both the North and South directions of Laurel Street. The local cops sit back out of your line of sight and catch you as up pick up speed in this area, which opens up after you have just traveled through congested neighborhoods. You naturally seem to pick up speed here due to the gentle grade change and releif you feel from exxiting the slummy neighborhood. Thats were the cop is waiting to pounce.
