The officer usually parks in an unmarked vehicle or in a regular police car without the roof lights.
North marginal Rd is a service road of the LIE, so this trap can be BYPASSED by entering the expressway just west of Broadway and staying in the entrance lane which then becomes an exit lane back to N.Marginal Rd which is the service road.
