North of Clayton on US 441/US23
I’ve seen Clayton police clocking people just north of the major intersection in Clayton.. Usually during the twilight hours… I belive the posted limit is 45

From Clayton North to the state line, you BETTER go the speed limit ! And it changes frequently, 35,40, 45,55 ( not necessarily in that order ) and the local cops will ticket you for 5 mph over ! ! It beats taxing the local folks and generates good income.
This area is heavily patrolled but you're pretty safe up to 15 over the posted limit.
