North of St. Libory on Highway 281
The State Patrol sits down in the median on the 4-lane or along the shoulder of the 2-lane highway usually along a curve. They like to illegally park at night without park lights but also set up daytime.

This is definitely a speed trap. I did a quick search from January 1 2016 through March 222016:
This is number of "TRAFFIC CITATIONS" in said county, not broken down by type (Speeding or other Traffic violation). Even so, you can see Howard County is extremely high.
Adams County-364
Valley County-41
Hall County-1,144
Howard County-286
And Howard County does not record their tickets into the State Court system right away, so I'm sure we're talking more than that. The 4 lane portion of 281 used to be 65 north of St. Libory, I have driven this for over 30 years. When I got stopped the HCSO said oh, it isn't 65 until over there and pointed at the sign. Watch yourself. They are not very nice either. I am not a speed demon. I don't speed. But I did get a ticket by an officer proud of tricking me.
