North Park Drive
Cop sits on the right side of the road facing you as you drive up the hill. Speed limit is 25 mph. Nothing on this road except acess to Home Depot, Kohls, Applebees, and back access to the 206 malls. Definitely a money maker for the town, as road sits on the very edge of the borough limits.

As an addendum, although the access road near this speed trap is not part of the town of Newton, using it (without parking in the Marshalls / Homegoods mall) is considered "Driving on public or private property to avoid a traffic sign or signal – NJSA 39:4-66.2" and NJ state police will ticket anyone who ignores route 206 and skips the light at weis/shoprite.
