North Star Road near Little Baltimore Road
New Castle County police frequently used marked and/or unmarked cars in the affluent area between Newark and Hockessin Delaware. Usually prefer to work this stretch of North Star Rd. mid-morning and mid-week. Speed limit is 35, but I wouldn’t go much above 40.
