North Street near State Route 53 North
Officers sit at the Visitors Bureau across from or at the Fairgrounds. The posted speed limit is 25mph, way too slow, but they will write you a ticket at 29mph.

The visitor bureau is located on private county owned not city owned property and is FENCED IN thus meaning that the officer cannot gain entrance to 53 except through North Street.
There is NO place to conceal a WHITE cruiser hide meaning the total area is wide open from all angles ESPECIALLY from North Street heading NORTH to the bypass and beyonds and visa versa.
There for the author of this is in total error.
