North West of Sparta, NC on US 21N
If you are traveling on North US Hwy 21 through Sparta, North Carolina as you start to leave town the limit is 35 mph with several signs and then as you drop off a hill you can see a 55 mph sign and if you start picking up speed to soon the local town police will be watching for you.
