Motorcycle, measuring speed on northbound Frontage rd, about 3/4 mile after Sandy Lake Rd. From same spot can also enforce right turn on red for cars going from s.b frontage road to Free port Pkwy and Free port to s.b frontage road. People making the right turn will have little chance of spotting the motorcycle from 100 yards away, on the other side of the hwy 121 bridge, but the motorcycle will have no effort of catching up.
