Northbound Hutchinson River Parkway under I-95 bridge
When you get through the toll booth on the Whitestone Bridge (Northbound) and veer left to get onto the Hutch, the road slopes downward and that’s where you pick up speed. Please pay attention, if you see multiple brake lights go off when you are driving, SLOW DOWN! NYPD highway patrol position themselves in the shadows under the bridge, so they will be difficult to spot. Regardless, the limit is 50mph, so keep it under 55ish.
