I have seen a dark green Camaro with tinted windows patrolling I-94 north of Addison up to Touhy. This a state trooper. I noticed the shoulder patch while sitting next to him in traffic. Normally I wouldn’t worry but I have seen him at least 3 times in the last 3 months. I can’t imagine him catching speeders since morning traffic is usually heavy. I think he might be part of a road rage or anti-should rider task force. Either way, this car looks like every other joker with late model Camaro and tinted windows. No spot light, no reflective markings, nothing…He is very hard to pick out until you have already done something wrong.
