Officer hides 100 feet north of I-405, on and off ramps, on the east side of Inglewood Blvd. Everyone who makes a U-turn at the intersection of the In-N-Out Burgers will be pulled over and ticketed. The Officer also parks on I-405 overpass above Inglewood. He then tickets drivers entering the I-405. People who cross the double yellow lines of the turn lane at the intersection are also ticketed.
