Northbound on Fort St. Inbetween Vreeland Rd. and Van Horn Rd.
The officer sits there on the grass just off of the turn-around in an unmarked all black Charger. At night it is very hard to spot the car. Be careful the speed limit does dip from 55 to 50 just after Southshore Hospital.
