Northside Drive, between Ethel St and 14th St
Cop will hide in the parking lot next to McDonalds. Be careful making the left turn into the Cookout, he will nab anyone making that left turn (over the two sets of double yellows across Northside Drive). The best thing to do is to just make a U-turn at the 14th street light. The same cop is also in a good place to get people speeding on that part of Northside Drive.
