Unmarked grey Dodge Charger will sit on Northview Drive facing Northview Park Road during AM rush-hour (road leads to both high school and middle school). Patrols will periodically run back and forth on Northview Park Road (motorcycle in summer months).

Eagan police watch this road a lot. It's near three schools and westbound the limit goes from 35 mph to 30 mph. They watch the 30 zone regularly and will sit on Northview itelf or off Northview on the side streets. They will also sit back a ways on the road going into the parking lot on the south.
