Norwood Ave. AKA Highway 71
Called a "highway" so they can appeal to the locals against riding bicycles and motor scooters on this otherwise local main street. Yet if they want it to be a "highway", why is the speed limit set to 35? Hmmmmm… Also, be careful when turning off this high-speed way (also commonly known as a "highway") onto any of the cross streets, and especially Roosevelt Ave. They have the 25MPH signs situated AFTER the speed trap. Also a sure bet is the speedtrap located on ALMYR AVE., which bisects Roosevelt Ave.
