On a four lane divided highway (US HYW 60) a four lane highway with a 40 feet divider and partial limited access a few miles NW of Lake Wales has reduced speed of 55 MPH (shortly after other higher speeds)and a crouching/cruising officer with a LASER GUN providing him instantaneous speed readings. He usually is on the Northwest bound lane of US HIghway 60 on the down/far side of a small hill and will provide a ticket at the drop of a hat without asking what happened or what are you doing just “I clocked you doing 75 in a 55 zone” and the fine is $275.00. He is continuously lighting up cars practically without stop.
