Oak Street
People don’t realize that as they approach the hill halfway through (just after the school on your right) that there is a cop car at the bottom of the hill at Nottingham Way & Oak St. By the time you spot the cop car, its too late and he’s signaling you to pull over. That is a 30 MPH zone but 20 when school is in session. Seen many get pulled over.
