Ocean Blvd (Business district) Siesta Village, Siesta Key
40 mph turns to 20mph for .6 miles thru village heading South. 30 mph on Beach Rd & side streets heading North into village. 2 or 3 – 20mph speed limit signs are substantially obstructed. side streets connecting to Ocean Blvd are 30mph so motorist turns onto Ocean Blvd and can drive most of the length before passing a 20 mph sign. SCPD sit at north end, often one radar or spotter w several ticketing. I am fighting my ticket. Signs must be "plainly visible", side streets require 20 mph signs adjacent to Ocean Blvd.
