Officer on motorcycle sits in driveway of oil refinery
Cop is in driveway of refinery just after 47 Freeway West Bound on Pacific Coast Hwy. Signs say 40 mph on three lane hwy. Everyone goes 55 or more. Often there are 3 cops on bikes between 9am and 11am. 3pm to 5pm.
