Ogden Avenue near State Highway 294
they hide either in the forest preserve entrance on the west bound side of ogden right before the highway entrance ramp, or on any of the side streets on the east bound side. i see them mostly around midnight, but they pull a lot of people over during the day (afternoon) as well.
