OH-39 W going toward Shelby
As soon as you come off of US-30 W going toward Shelby it’s 35M.P.H. and you can almost always find Richland Co. Sheriff car parked either on Armstrong Ave. or pulled off it the long driveway of that company on the right side,you don’t notice them till you go around the curve & by then it’s to late.
