Old Collinsville Road
It is at the 4-way stop with the frontage road and old Collinsville Road by the I-64 overpass. They like to park in the plumbers supply parking lot or on the other side of the overpass in the old bus repair shop yard waiting for people to roll the 4-way stop sign .
