While i was driving to a friends house i got pulled over on this road. The speed limit is 55 i think and i was doing 69. MANY people speed on 28, especially this part of the road. So watch out right after you hit the light at the crossroads of 28 and 109 (Staub’s Restaurant is there). Once you keep going north towards Frederick/Dickerson and on the right theres an open driveway after a tiny hill and there they’ll be. They just park there and watch you. Thank god i only got a warning.
