Traveling east on Old Katy approaching Washington Ave. takes you under a railroad tressel at Silver Eagle Distributors. The speed limit is 40 mph. The street is 4 lanes divided. As you approach the tunnel you are going down hill and coming out of the tunnel you are going uphill. If you are doing 40 entering you have to brake slightly to stay under 40. The Houston PD puts two to three cars at the top of the rise with one officer shooting radar. The other officers stand beside the road stopping cars and writing tickets. I have seen multiple cars pulled over waiting for their tickets. Anything over 40 is ticketed.
