Old NC 10 near Brittain Rd
If you are coming from Icard, on Old NC 10, the speed limit changes from 45 to 35 near Brittain Rd, and I40, and as someone who has traveled that road for years, I see state troopers clocking there and patrolling, and pulling people over there all the time.
