20 MPH speed limit signs on a road that is surrounded by 35 MPH speed limit roads. No schools, playgrounds, etc.. Police car standing by the old unused baseball field facing N most frequently by the end of the month. Some unmarked police cars (Ford Taurus) hiding in the adjacent small streets.
