Old Rutter Rex parking lot near the fairgrounds on Hwy 25
Franklinton PD will park in the old Rutter Rex parking lot across from the fairgrounds on Hwy 25 comming into town just around the curve by the cemetary. They will be well hidden in the shadows of the trees. Comming in from clifton, beware.
