In the Portland/Beaverton area, Oleson Road has one of the most rediculous speed limits around. The city has plasterd most of this area with very large speed bumps already, but not for Oleson Road. I have seen a photo-radar van sitting along side the road (in front of peoples’ houses.) The posted speed limit is 25mph. My friend got tagged just as we were pulling out of a side street. He was accelerating to get infront of a car, and then, must have been 5 million candel power lit the car up twice. I would love to see someone crash due to the light, and sue the city for this type of ‘enforcement’. Be careful on this street, it is definitly not the number one choice for using to go from Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, to Scholls Ferry Road.
