Oliver Street near North 53rd Street
Heading south on Oliver, and passing 53rd St. North, be aware of the decrease in speed sign. As you come over the hill to 40 mph the officer will snag you before you have an opportunity to slow down.

You just said there is a decrease speed sign. So there is a sign that warns you to reduce your speed. wouldn't that be just like someone telling you the answer to a question on a test before the test was given.
