On 501 bypass between 41 and Penderboro Road,
On 501 bypass from 41 to Penderboro Road, Unmarked Mustang from the city of Marion, they hide in a field near hwy 41 or at the other end by the electric company. The use glasses to pick out out-of-state cars. He writes anywhere from 100 to 150 tickets a week. This is not city limits, I was told they have a deal with the sheriff dept to write tickets there. This is a speed trap if there ever was one, This is a main road to Myrtle Beach.

I have seen that unmarked Mustang a number of times approaching the Walmart. He sits in the median. I now just routinely slow down in that area until I know he is not there. Jurisdiction means very little in places such as Marion.
