Today the cop was on the south side of the street, on the sidewalk, behind some bushes and trees. I made a right off 52nd and headed south on Jefferson. He pulled me over, said I was doing 63. I know for a fact I was under 60mph. He wrote the ticket, got on his bike, went back onto the sidewalk and rode on the sidewalk to his "spot". I now have a picture of him there.
